The Judgment Debtor has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 15.09.2016 passed in E.P. 419 of 2016 1/3

by the IX Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Earlier, notice ordered to the respondent. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, pending revision, the matter has been settled between the parties, and the Execution Petition was also terminated by the IX Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai by an order dated 17.04.2017. He has also produced the copy of status report.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, and considering the fact that, now the matter has been settled, and the Execution Petition was also closed, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P. 18524 of 2016 is closed. 18.12.2019 rpp To IX Asst. Judge, 2/3
