2. Earlier, notice ordered to the respondent. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, pending revision, the matter has been settled between the parties, and the Execution Petition was also terminated by the IX Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai by an order dated 17.04.2017. He has also produced the copy of status report.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, and considering the fact that, now the matter has been settled, and the Execution Petition was also closed, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition.
