ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking extension of leave granted by this Court on 26.06.2020, the present petition has been filed on the premise that the convict's premature child is still in critical stage.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted, which expires on 01.07.2020. Accordingly, the leave granted on 26.06.2020 is extended by 15 days i.e. till 16.07.2020 with the same conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 26.06.2020. The convict shall return back to prison at 5.00 p.m. on 16.07.2020. Post HCP No.1020 of 2020 for reporting compliance on 17.07.2020.
