ORDER

Mr.M.Shahjahan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first and the second respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that appropriate orders will be passed based on the representation of the petitioners dated 06.04.2022 on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Considering the fact that the writ petition is being disposed of at the time of admission itself without issuing notice to the sixth respondent and the third respondent is directed to issue appropriate notice to the sixth respondent and thereafter consider the representation dated 06.04.2022 of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
