A.No.1831 of 2024 in C.S.DR.No.42345 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit in respect of the property situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the plaintiffs have filed the suit for partition with regard to two properties, one of the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the only other property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and all the defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, accordingly, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
