Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the G.O.Ms.152 dated 12.11.2021 to the effect that permanent recognition granted in G.O.Ms.No.752 dated 02.09.1994 has been withdrawn and the recognition granted to the private schools for a period of three years or for the period specified in the structural stability certificate or Building Licence whichever is earlier shall be renewed periodically.
