This application has been filed seeking to restore the suit which was dismissed for default for non payment of batta vide Order dated 16.03.2023.

2. Having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit and in order to give a fair opportunity to the pursue the mattter, I am inclined to restore the suit.

3.Accordingly, this application is allowed.
