O R D E R
The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 354, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.447 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.05.2020, at 4'o clock morning petitioner in a drunken mood misbehaved with the defacto complainant and dragged her into a car. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. He further submitted that earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.8593 of 2020 was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.06.2020 and there is no change of circumstances. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering that facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. When this Court is about to dismiss the petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
5.
