This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the application filed under Sec.90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Earlier, notice was ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.Reshmi Christy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now an order has been passed by the 3rd respondent in the petitioner's application on 30.04.2018, and she has received the copy of the order only today and produced the copy of the same.
3. On considering the fact that since the order has already been passed in the application filed by the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
