3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of A.No.1808 of 2024 as sufficient cause has been shown. 4.Accordingly, A.No.1808 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for and the written statement filed by the applicant/defendant is taken on record. 5.Insofar as the Interlocutory Applications filed in the suit, the learned senior counsel appearing for the plaintiff is ready and learned counsel for the defendant seeks for an adjournment.
