This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.52 of 2008, before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the

materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.52 of 2008, the same has been closed as "Further Action Dropped".

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
