Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus to produce Petitioner's husband Dharmalinga, son of Arumuga Gounder, aged 51 years, her son Venkatesan, son of Dharmalingam, aged 24 years and her husband's cousin brother Arul Murugan, son of Gunasekaran, aged 30 years and her brother-in-law Ramakrishnan, son of Arumuga Gounder, aged 48 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that since the detenu was remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.122 of 2018, Mylam Police Station, Mylam, in respect of offences under Sections 419, 420, 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is withdrawn by the Petitioner.
