This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 04.04.2023 at 6.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M at "Sri Mariamman Temple festival" Anaikattur Village, Kachupalli Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District, by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 25.03.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
