This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to the XI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.9952 of 2014 in O.S.No.3659 of 2014.

2. The petitioner is the 5th defendant in O.S.No.3659 of 2014 which was filed by the first respondent for declaration and for permanent injunction. The trial Court in I.A.No.9952 of 2014 has granted an order of Status quo on 08.07.2014.

3. Mr.C.Prabhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after obtaining an order of Status quo, the first respondent has filed a transfer petition to drag on the proceedings. It is further submitted that even though there is no stay in the transfer application, the trial Court has been adjourning the case without any reason.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to give direction to the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.9952 of 2014 in O.S.No.3659 of 2014 on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The civil revision petitions is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
