O R D E R

Challenging the charge memo dated 10.03.2020 issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.When this Court was about to dismiss this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority with a representation expressing the grievances of the petitioner.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority and submit a detailed representation to ventilate her grievances. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
