ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2021 and issue a "Non Traceable Certificate" in respect of missing registered Will dated 19.01.2009, registered as Document No.1/2009 on the file of Sub Registrar, Thittagudi to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard Mr. M.Velmurugan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.Damodaran, learned Counsel for Govt. of Tamilnadu (Crl.side).

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2021 and in the event of the original documents not being able to be traced, a "Non Traceable Certificate" shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
