ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the friend of the detenu viz., Jaishankar, son of Sivarama Krishnan sought production of his friend.

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent as also learned counsel for respondents 2 to 5.

3. The detenue presently has taken up residence with his friends viz., the petitioner and others. Taking into consideration the report filed by The Deputy Commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount District, this Court considers it is not necessary to pass further orders in this matter.
