Heard Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.K.Bala Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to pass orders on the representation given by the petitioner on 04.02.2016.

3. Though there is a serious civil dispute with regard to petitioner's possession, in the light of the submission of the petitioner that all the disputes are over, as of now, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the Authorities. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his representation, before the first respondent, which shall be considered in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
