JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ appeal has been filed by the appellant authorities questioning the correctness of the interim order dated 19.03.2024 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.3771 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant authorities, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ appeal, the order of the learned Judge has been complied with by the 5th appellant and hence, the appellants are not pressing this writ appeal.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
