This Court finds no reason to interfere in the investigation 1/3

and give direction at this stage. It is for the Investigating Officer to collect the evidence and file final report under appropriate provision of law and the Court to take cognizance and framed charges based on the material collected.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
