This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the payments relating to belated payment of interest amount of Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave Salary and Commutation and other benefits likes, Social Welfare Scheme amount, ERBS Pension Amount, EL Surrender Arrears 2009-2011, EL Surrender Arrears 2016-2017 and IRT Share Amount with effect from 01.10.2019 within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made representations dated 31.03.2020, 30.12.2020 and 28.03.2022 to the 1st respondent requesting to settle her terminal benefits. But so far, no orders has been passed by the 1st respondent on the said representations. Hence, she filed the instant writ petition before this Court.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 31.03.2020, 30.12.2020 and 28.03.2022 would be considered by the 1st respondent in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the above submissions made by the parties and considering the limited scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
