Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl. O.P.NO.17756/2018 dated 16.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAVIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the anticipatory bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17756 of 2018, dated 16.07.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17756 of 2018 on 16.07.2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17756 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2018, on 16.07.2018 is relaxed.
