In accordance with the request made by the Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court (FAC), Chennai vide letter dated 28.02.2022 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court passed in W.P.No.8326 of 2015 dated 30.06.2021, the period to dispose of C.P.No.231 of 2011, is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
