ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to measure and identify the property of the petitioner comprised in Survey No. 129, Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, pursuant to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. E2 / 3400 / 2020 dated 22.09.2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner's representation has been considered and
steps have been initiated to conduct survey. The date has been fixed on 26.03.2026 for surveying the petitioner's land. 4.The submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 is recorded. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
