O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.1137/2017 dated 08.12.2017 registered on the file of the 1st respondent for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 & 506(2) of IPC.

2.It appears that the petitioner and the defecto-complainant had entered into a compromise and the issue has been amicably resolved.

The Defacto-complainant, P.Balamurugan appeared before this Court through video conferencing. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner identified the Defacto-complainant before this Court. Mr.P.Balamurugan, defacto-complainant categorically told this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. 4.Since the parties have amicably resolved the issue between themselves, the continuance of FIR is unwarranted and therefore, the impugned FIR is quashed and this criminal original petition is allowed.
