ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2019 in accordance with law. 3.The specific case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent/Sangam of which the petitioner is a member is being mis2/5

managed by one Ameer Amsaa along with other office bearers. It is submitted that now election has been held. After the tenure came to an end, the 4th respondent is threatening the members by holding Katta Panchayat.

4.Though the allegations in the affidavit filed in support of the present writ petition remains unsubstantiated. I see no harm, if an order is passed by directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2019, after issuing proper notice to the 4th respondent. This exercise shall be carried out by the 2nd respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
