(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Ms.V.Annalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The writ appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by her seeking a direction to the respondents to select her for appointment to the post of Lecturer in Tamil in any Government Arts and Science Colleges of the first respondent by awarding 20 marks for her qualifications in M.Phil, Ph.D and NET as stipulated in G.O.Ms.Perm.146 dated 1.8.2007.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it has been represented that the entire selection process has already been finalised and the appellant has also not secured the required cut off marks. It further appears that she had not challenged any Government Orders with regard to the mode adopted in granting the marks in the selection process and she had not impleaded any party, who would be aggrieved in the event of consideration of the appellant. Therefore, her claim of selection by awarding some additional marks for her qualification cannot be considered. Therefore the order passed by the learned Single Judge does not require any interference. In that view of the matter, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
