Today, the matter has been brought under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in paragraph No.3(i) of the order dated 03.02.2026, though Mr.E.Om Prakash, Senior Advocate, was appointed as Arbitrator, his office address, phone number, and email ID were inadvertently mentioned incorrectly. The correct particulars are as follows:

"Office at New No.321, 2nd Floor, Thambu(chetty) street, Chennai 600 001, Phone No. +91 94440 45745, Email ID: eopoffice17@gmail.com"

3. Considering the said submission, paragraph No.3(i) of the order dated 03.02.2026, shall stand substituted as follows:
