183053 of 2025 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., AND K.RAJASEKAR.J., (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.,) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 285 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 15.10.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.559 of 2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court (FTC),Kancheepuram.

2. Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, learned counsel for Respondents 1 to 3 is before this Court.

3. In the affidavit giving reasons, it had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay as sanction had to be obtained for filing the appeal.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, this petition is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

6. It is seen that that claimant also filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.2600 of 2025. Post this appeal along with C.M.A.No.2600 of 2025 on 10.06.2026.
