ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and to register a case in respect of the complaint dated 14.07.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 14.07.2015 to the respondents by post.
4.The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 14.07.2015 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
