This petition is filed to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent and Mr.N.Srirangan, learned counsel has entered appearance, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 225 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 225 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
