Heard the learned counsel for the Contempt Petitioner and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondents.
2. In connection with the encroachment alleged by the petitioner as against private respondents in the Writ Petition, this court, vide order dated 15.12.2015, directed the official respondents to do verification and pass orders on the representation made by the Petitioner.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that already authorities set the law in motion and hence, if the parties in the writ petition is affected by any action taken, they have to approach the District Collector under Section 10-A of the Chennai III Act, 1905.
4. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
