Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 25.07.2015 acknowledged in No.867/CSR/E3 (X)2015 against the said Mohammed Rasheed & Others and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 25.07.2015 acknowledged in No.867/CSR/E3(X)2015 against the accused Mohammed Rasheed and others and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it appears that the accused in this case have adopted an ingenious modus operandi by placing orders for supply of goods, paying 10% of the value as advance and after taking delivery of the goods, they disappeared in thin air. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some more complaints are also preferred against the said group. 5.Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to make a thorough enquiry and take action in accordance with law, laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
