Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent leading to the issue of the order No.22264/P10/DSE/EE/P(0169)/2007-08, dated 08.08.2008 and modification order No.22264/DSE/EE/P(0169)/200809/P10, dated 09.02.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner school to function as High School.

Though the petitioner has challenged the order of the second respondent by which the recognition granted to the petitioner school as High School was degraded as elementary school, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

however, when the writ petition is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) has submitted that on 12.04.2013, the Government has ordered for closure of the said school. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Deputy Director of Elementary Edcuation, Government of Puducherry.

Taking note of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
