ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.29 of 2015 for offences under Sections 420 and 468 IPC, has been registered before the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
