The petitioners, who were arrested on 28.4.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324, 294(b), 307, 120(B) and 302 IPC in Crime No.199 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners were detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
