This Civil Revision is filed seeking a direction for early disposal of O.S.No.141 of 2018 on the Sub Court, Ponneri. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submitted that O.S.No.141 of 2018 has been filed seeking delivery of possession and for consequential reliefs. As respondent/defendant has filed written statement, the case is posted for enquiry, the petitioner has sought for early disposal of the above said case.

4.As per the proceedings sheet, since 07.12.2019, the suit is being adjourned from time to time for issues. The trial Court has taken inordinate delay for framing issues. Taking into consideration of the same, the learned Sub Judge, Ponneri, is directed to dispose of O.S. No.141 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
