ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner, claiming to be a member of the Kurumans (ST) community, has made an application dated 19.09.2013 to the first respondent, seeking issuance of community certificate. It appears that pursuant to the said application and in the light of the order dated 27.05.2015 passed in W.P. Nos.15018 and 15019 of 2015, the petitioner was directed to appear for an enquiry and produce all relevant certificates and documents in support of his claim on 12.06.2014 by memo dated 09.06.2015. It is not clear as to whether https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has appeared in response to the said memo or not. Challenge in this writ petition is to the said memo which does not create any cause of action, at this stage.

A Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 06.02.2014, in a writ petition being W.P. No.3499 of 2014, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's application. In such view of the matter, no further direction is necessary. However, the petitioner is directed to appear forthwith before the authority along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of the cultural report issued by the second respondent in respect of Kurumans. The first respondent is directed to examine the documents produced by the petitioner and also the Cultural Report circulated by the second respondent vide covering letter dated 18.02.2015, take a decision and pass a reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. Costs made easy.
