ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Propsecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is involved in 4 previous cases relating to lottery offence.

4. Considering the fact that already the petitioner is involved in four previous cases, which are similar in nature, not to harass does not arise and hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
