O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The premises have been vacated on 03.08.2016 and an unconditional apology has been tendered for not complying with the undertaking given on 30.04.2015. It is stated that the respondent, was under mistaken belief that the interim order granted by the competent authority would protect the respondent, though the respondent ought to have approached the Court with necessary application.

2. The apology is accepted and the statutory notice issued is discharged.

3. The contempt petition is closed.
