ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent for taking further action as against the accused and secure the original document from the accused in Cr.No.1262 of 2020 on the file of the respondent. 2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused is being an advocate. A special team was formed to secure the accused since he involved serious offence by collecting original documents from the petitioner/defacto complainant and thereafter all the documents were transferred to his name.

3.Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file final report before the concerned Magistrate within the period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after completing all the formalities. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dharmapuri is directed to monitor the investigation done by the respondent herein.
