..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned letter issued by the 1st respondent vide letter No.6645087/S.2/2024-1 dated 28.02.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the posts of Group II A under Ex-Serviceman Category on the basis of the merit of the respective candidates and allow him to participate in the future process within the period that may stipulated by this Court.
