ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.07.2015 against the accused named in the complaint, to investigate into the matter and to submit a report to the Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is seen that a complaint has been given to Manavalan Nagar Police Station, but C.S.R. Number has been issued by Meped Police Station. It is further seen that the respondent herein is only Land Grabbing Cell, Thiruvallur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition giving the correct name of the respondent.
