When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the letter of the Tahsildar dated 20.01.2016 pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2015 made in W.P.No.39799 of 2015

and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, though the year was wrongly typed as 2015 in the said letter, which is stated to be served on the petitioner also on 20.01.2016 itself.

2. In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to serve the copy of the said proceeding to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
