ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 5th respondent for certain irregularities committed by him while running the Polytechnic College.
2.According to the petitioner, the 5th respondent has committed several irregularities in the management of the institution for which he is liable to be taken to task by respondents 1 to 4. In fact, the petitioner himself is the Principal of the Institution and is part of the College as such in managing the same. While that be the case, this Court is unable to appreciate as to how he can come out with a present writ petition seeking action against the Chairman of the College. It appears that the petitioner has some personal axe to grind against the petitioner and is trying to involve this Court in settlement of a personal dispute with the 5th respondent. 3.This Court's jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not open to such abuse in settling personal disputes of two persons.
It appears that the averments as contained in the affidavit are not only vague, but appear to be self serving and this Court cannot grant the relief as prayed for. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the writ petition lacks in bona fides and liable to be rejected it. 4.For the above said reason, this Court is of the view that there is no merit and substance in the writ petition and the direction as sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted on the basis of the affidavit filed by the petitioner containing self serving and vague averments as against the 5th respondent. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
