ORDER

Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent.

This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from harassing or initiating any coercive steps against the petitioner, in respect of the land, in S.No.199/3A, which is the subject matter of the dispute in O.S.No.276 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent has submitted, on instructions, that the respondent would not conduct any enquiry relating to the dispute in question.

He had further submitted that it is for the petitioner and the other persons, who are the parties to the suit, in O.S.No.276 of 2014, said to be pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu, to work out their remedies before the said Court, in the manner known to law. 5.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, Connected M.Ps. are closed.
