This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2019 pending on the file of the Page No.1/4

Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. As per the report submitted by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, it is seen that the matter is pending for framing issues. However, an application in I.A.No.5 of 2020 in O.S.No.69 of 2019 under order XXXIX Rule 2A of Civil Procedure Code is also seems to be pending for enquiry.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I feel that a direction should be given to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the Page No.2/4

learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
