(CRIME NO. 02/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Court dated 16.04.2021 that petitioner is order to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs ony) to the credit of Defacto Complainant bank in the above Crl.OP.No.6758/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZH SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6758 of 2021 to credit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the defacto complainant/Bank.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence, and the condition imposed by the trial Court is just and reasonable, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
