This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the compound wall raised by the respondents along with property of the petitioner bearing Dry New S.No.77/3A Hec. 0.61.00 = old S.Nos.16 and 17 eastern Ac.0.21 = Hec. 0.08.5 in Kurinjipadi North, Kurinijipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2.Though a wider relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, a limited relief is granted to the petitioner by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2022 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed with the above direction. No cost.
