By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would submit that he is the permanent resident of No.1-181, Sannathi Street, Thirukkannangudi, Kilvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District. The said property is also subjected to statutory levies and he has also been issued with Aadhar ID Card. The petitioner would further state that prior to his marriage, he was living along with his parents and his parents were also issued with Ration Card bearing No.20/G/0382254, valid for the period 2005-09.

3. The petitioner after getting married had set up a separate family and consequently, his name has been deleted from the said Ration Card vide endorsement dated 08.06.2012. Thereafter, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner applied for issuance of a fresh family Ration Card on 11.06.2012 and it was also acknowledged by the office of the 2nd respondent on 12.06.2012 and inspite of repeated reminders and representations, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Tamil Priyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.

This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected in this writ petition, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation, by enclosing a copy of his earlier representation/application dated 11.06.2012, praying for issuance of a Ration Card to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents on receipt of the same are directed to consider the representation, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks, thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
