This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 28.03.2018 and investigate the matter against the accused.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ramajayam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR has been issued, a preliminary enquiry has been conducted and thereafter the complaint has been closed on 28.03.2018.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of his complaint.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
